I’m Dror! I’m an interactive media creator and a graduate student in the Interactive Telecommunication Program (ITP) at NYU's Tisch. I have a B.S. in media studies from the New School and a background in filmmaking, marketing, and human resource management.

 

I am passionate about the ways in which people interact using media, so it’s unsurprising that much of my research and creative work is dedicated to investigating human interactions on digital media. At my job on the thought leadership team of the social science-based business consultancy ReD Associates, I focused on a human-centered approach to learning the ways new technologies influence people. I believe that we can—and desperately need to—develop ways to use media technology to foster empathy.

 

To that end, my work is heavily invested in combining a deep understanding of human behavior, playful systems, and visual storytelling. These enable me to create meaningful experiences that invite people to connect with themselves and the emotions of others. Let’s create!
